CRM for Recruitment
Salesforce/TargetX for Recruitment was implemented in May 2022. This implementation supports existing offices using CRM recruitment and communications tools for email, SMS, phone call tracking, event management, and request for information form functionality.
CRM for Retention
Salesforce Student Success Hub went live in January 2023. Staff use CRM for the transparent and holistic sharing of records/notes and scheduling for students to connect with success/support teams. Retention and student success communications are constantly being evaluated and transitioned to CRM where appropriate.
